How fantastic to have had her as a role model! I wonder if she knew Felicity Locke, the founder of IDHN? I was lucky enough to correspond with her not long after she passed IDHN into other hands and she sent me some of the very early cyclostyled copies, hand-typed by her of course. I must have the letters somewhere in Small Worlds.

The Jumping Jack made me laugh. I have a "side-collection" of Jumping Jacks, all displayed on a screen in the guest toilet in my Czech house. Kids spend a lot of time in there :-)Cestinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03050699324845479257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1661402712471442035.post-25571938577579535242014-02-15T10:11:04.391+09:302014-02-15T10:11:04.391+09:30How wonderful that we share that memory! If you click on the label 'GranJean (my grandmother)' in my list of labels on the right, you will see a bit about her.Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11859849266660930171noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1661402712471442035.post-12577277676043114142014-02-15T08:59:01.153+09:302014-02-15T08:59:01.153+09:30Where did your grandparents live Rebecca?
